Hi Risers!
First of all, we want to apologise again for the delay, we know that the game should be sent the past November according to our campaign.
Our first problem was that we sent the final files late, and this was totally our fault, we've learn about this, and in our current game, Jumble Jam we've already started with the prototypes as you can see in our update (The shipping is planned to October).
Our second problem was with the manufacturer, we were not happy with the samples, and they took too long for the changes, especially the dices, and this changes coincide with the Chinese New Year, we had a big part of the responsibility on this, because we should took all of these problems into account.
Finally, the games were shipped to Spain, one month on boat, then problems in Barcelona's port, and when the games finally arrive to our Distribution center, they took too long to ship because games arrived in a vacations week (Holy week) and they had other games to sent first.
This info was provided by our distribution center yesterday.
Spain: The games were sent by 100% (A few games will be arrive today)
Europe: At the end of this week/early next week the games should be sent.
Part of Asia and Oceania: The games will be sent next week.
America and China The games were in a boat, and they should arrive soon to our distribution center in USA.
We also take into account these extra days for next projects, and again sorry for all the delays, you will enjoy Rising for the Throne soon!

¡Hola Risers!
En primer lugar, queremos disculparnos nuevamente por el retraso, sabemos que este juego debía haberse enviado en Noviembre de acuerdo a nuestra campaña.
Nuestro primer problema fue que enviamos los archivos finales tarde, y esto fue totalmente fallo nuestro, hemos aprendido sobre esto en nuestro actual juego, Jumble Jam ya ha empezado con los prototipos como podéis ver en nuestra actualización (El envío está previsto para Octubre).
Nuestro segundo fallo fue con el fabricante, no estábamos contentos con los prototipos, y tardaron bastante tiempo en realizar los cambios en especial los cambios en los dados, los cuales coincidieron con el año nuevo chino, tenemos gran parte de la culpa en esto ya que debíamos haber tenido todos estos problemas en cuenta.
Finalmente los juegos se enviaron a España, un mes en barco, y entonces problemas en el puerto de Barcelona, y cuando finalmente llegaron a nuestro centro de distribución, tardaron mucho tiempo en enviarlo ya que llegaron en vacaciones (Semana Santa) y tenían juegos pendientes de enviar primero.
Esta información a sido proporcionada por nuestro centro de distribución ayer:
España: El 100% de los juegos se han enviado (Algunos deberían llegar hoy)
Europa: Al final de esta semana/principios de la siguiente deberían ser enviados los juegos.
Parte de Asia y Oceanía: Deberían enviarse la próxima semana.
America y China: Los juegos están en el barco y pronto deberían llegar a nuestro centro logístico en EEUU.
Tenemos también en cuenta estos días para nuestros próximos proyectos, y de nuevo lo sentimos por todos los retrasos ¡Pronto podréis disfrutar de Rising for the Throne!

Hi Risers!
Here you have an update about how the shipping process is going.
Europe
Our logistic center for Europe (and part of Asia and Oceania) has already received our games the past week. However, they didn't prepare all the shippings because thay are on vacations (Today included). So, the shipping will start at the end of the week, and all European backers should receive their games next week.
United Kingdom
For UK backers, the game could delayed a little bit more, because now there is an extra control in customs which didn't be here before. This will also be an extra cost that we had not into account. The backers will not be charged any extra, but we ask for a little understanding if the game takes a few days more to arrive.
America
The games are in the ship right now, there shouldn't be too many days before the logistic center for America will receive them. Once they receive them, we will make an update.
Thanks all of you for your understanding, we hope that you can be enjoying RFTT really soon!

Aquí os dejamos una actualización de como va el proceso de envío.
Europa
El centro logístico para los envíos Europeos (y parte de Asia y Oceanía), ya recibió los juegos la semana pasada. Sin embargo, no han tenido tiempo de organizar los envíos ya que están de vacaciones hasta mañana. El jueves o viernes de esta semana comenzarán a enviar los juegos, por lo que todos los mecenas europeos deberíais de tener vuestro juego la semana que viene.
Reino Unido
Para los backers de Reino Unido, es posible que la entrega se retrase algunos días debido a que ahora habrá un control en aduanas que hasta ahora no existía. Esto además supondrá un sobre coste en los envíos que no lo habíamos tenido en cuenta. A los backers no se les hará ningún recargo, pero pedimos un poco de comprensión si el juego tarda en llegar algún día más.
América
En cuanto a los juegos para américa, los juegos siguen en el barco. No deberían de tardar muchos más días en llegar. Cuando reciban los juegos el centro logístico correspondiente, os lo haremos saber.
Gracias a todos por vuestra paciencia, y esperamos que muy pronto podáis estar disfrutando de vuestro juego.

We have good news! The manufacturer already has the board games ready to send. Next week they will be on the ship on their way to the logistics centers responsible for sending the games to your homes.
